We have two senior strategists. Twelve agencies is the working capacity at which we can guarantee the 60-day Visibility threshold and the 12-month Pipeline thresholds without diluting either. Above twelve, the guarantees become unhonorable.
We refuse to scale our Founding cohort beyond what we can deliver on. The thirteenth customer pays standard pricing and joins our standard customer flow.
The Founding 12 is not a marketing tier. It is a market-density decision.
If your Karavista-built website and Google Business Profile are not appearing in your local "Medicaid home care" and "home care near me" searches within 60 days of launch, we keep working at no charge until they do. If by day 90 you are still not appearing — assuming you completed the photo and brand-asset onboarding on schedule — every dollar you've paid is refunded.
If after 12 months of Karavista you have not (a) accumulated at least three new verified Google reviews, (b) received at least one new family inquiry through your website, and (c) had at least one new caregiver application activate through Care Safari — we refund every dollar of recurring fees you've paid for the year. No clawback of bonuses. The entire year, returned.
